TOURS:
As we want to make your city break truly convenient and enjoyable, our company offers only private tours and shore excursions of Saint Petersburg for your party in English, Spanish, German, Italian or French language. This way we are sure that we provide the maximum of intercultural exchange and personal touch from our local guides to you, our guests. Enjoy complete privacy and flexibility of the tours, don’t be afraid to get lost – one of our friendly guides will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby or the port terminal if you are taking a shore excursion.
We provide sedan cars for a party of 1-2 and comfortable minivans for larger groups. If your group is larger than 10, please contact us for a special price.
ITINERARY:
The order of sightseeing and the timing of the tour can be changed due to the availability of museums, traffic, national holidays, weather conditions, etc. Please, provide the cruise ship name / the location of your hotel when booking.
CHILDREN POLICY:
Children under 6 attend most of our tours for free. Please inform us if you are traveling with children in comments on your request form.
BOOKING PROCEDURE:
Choose the tour you want and fill in the request form with your contact details, the number of travelers, date of arrival, starting time, and any comments you would like us to know or write an e-mail.
PAYMENT:
At the time of booking, you need to pay a 10-30% deposit of the total cost of the tour. The amount of deposit depends on the type of activity and the size of the group. The rest of the payment is to be given to your guide in cash at the beginning of the tour. We accept euros or equivalent amounts in dollars or rubles; please make sure to bring not damaged banknotes.
Tours with private boat and transfers are to be paid fully at the time of booking. Group shore excursions are to be paid fully at the time of booking as the departure is guaranteed independent from the number of travelers on the tour.
No extra payments will be applied in case of a longer tour (due to external factors, e.g. traffic).
Tips and gratuities are not included in the tour price. Tipping your guide and driver is not compulsory.
CANCELATION POLICY:
If you need to change the date or time of the tour more than 48 hours before the departure time, we will provide you other available options free of charge.
Note that in case of cancellation by your party or no-show the deposit is not refundable.
If a boat tour has to be canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions, it will be replaced with a visit to Kazan Cathedral.
